How Regressive is the left in America?

Almost everyday I get into discussions with regressives on the left about a host of political policies. And the more I look into their regressive positions, the more I see failed policies from the past.

Take any issue on the left, and you will find that it was tried and failed at some point in history, and more times than not folks suffered because of these failed policies. The regressive left dresses these failed policies up to sound good, but in the end it is like putting makeup on a pig, no matter how much to put on it’s still a pig.

There is nothing wrong with holding on to policies from the past, as long as they don’t harm society and actually protect traditional societal norms. Looking forward and advancing policies that work is how America became the powerhouse we are today, and these tried and true policies will take us well into the future.
