Whenever you make choices in life on of the first questions you should ask is will this decision hurt me or help me? One good rule to adhere to in life is first do no harm.
Most of us are responsible for other people besides ourselves, and the decisions we make in life effect them sometime more than they effect us, need to be made with first do no harm in mind. Far too often we make decisions without much forethought, and people get hurt. It is no different when others or governments make decisions without looking at all the angles, their decisions do more harm than good.
We always need to take care in life to guard our and others freedoms and liberties. The first do no harm principle should be one of the first considerations when doing anything in life, especially if it effects other folks. To disregard this principal, is to disregard others and the effect your decisions will have on them!!!
