EPISODE 561: Free-4-All-Friday!!! Why don’t America’s judges understand the US Constitution?

The 9th circus court of appeals in California is trying to rewrite the 2nd amendment. I don’t understand what is so confusing about the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights. 2nd amendment “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” Conceal carry falls under the “keep and bear Arms” part of the 2nd amendment. The 2nd amendment doesn’t qualify that with “only if you are at risk” the 2nd amendment leaves the choice up to the sovereign citizen if and when they will walk around armed!!!

President Obama makes history by endorsing a presidential candidate under criminal investigation!!! The point the left fails to grasp is the investigation is being conducted by the DOJ in which president Obama has the ultimate oversight!!!

And on the lighter side of things, could Donald Trump be running the Obi-Wan gambit?
