Lately it seems all you hear on the news is how some politician, or branch of government wants to change things in our country. They think they know what is best for the citizens of our country, when they really don’t know what is best for us. Hillary Clinton wants the SCOTUS to gut the 2nd amendment, not because she is anti gun, but she thinks that only government should have guns. Most liberals think the way she does about gun ownership, and think that a grassroots group like the NRA is the cause of their trouble in getting guns out of the hands of law abiding citizens.
Can SCOTUS, or POTUS, or any group in the US just wave their hands and poof, any part of the Constitution be removed? How do we amend the US Constitution? Who has the final say in what is or is not constitutional? What did the founding fathers think about article V of the constitution?
Daily Bible reading: Rom 12:15 Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep. 16 Be of the same mind toward one another. Do not set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Do not be wise in your own opinion. 17 Repay no one evil for evil. Have regard for good things in the sight of all men. 18 If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men. 19 Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, “VENGEANCE IS MINE, I WILL REPAY,” says the Lord. 20 Therefore “IF YOUR ENEMY IS HUNGRY, FEED HIM; IF HE IS THIRSTY, GIVE HIM A DRINK; FOR IN SO DOING YOU WILL HEAP COALS OF FIRE ON HIS HEAD.” 21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
