A lot of what the federal government does is unconstitutional!!!

Episode 850: James Madison knew well when he helped to frame our constitution, that the people needed to be involved in the governance of America. As a matter of fact, the framers of the constitution wanted a citizen legislature so as to stave off tyranny as long as possible.

For far too long in America, folks have been checked out of politics. If there is one minor flaw with our Republic it is that when citizens vote for and send their representatives to D.C. We seem to checkout until it’s time for re-elections. As human beings we tend to checkout in most areas of our lives. Politics, religion, and economics seem to be the big three that most folks don’t think twice about going through the motions but never commit themselves to engaging in!

If we as Americans are going to thrive and survive, we need to reengage in life and start taking charge and not leave our freedoms and liberties up to folks who can not and never will have our best interest at heart!!!
