Constitutional government or Bureaucracies, which one is right?

This question depends on your point of view. If you believe that the US Constitution is out dated and irrelevant for today, you would prefer bureaucracies. On the other hand if your a strict constructionist, and believe in original intent, then you prefer Constitutional government. But which one is right? Which view did the framers intend to create and bring into existence?

Looking at the Constitution through the eyes of the framers and the intent they sought to convey is the correct and only way to view the Constitution and the Republic it created. To look at the Constitution any other way would be relativistic in nature, and give folks the wrong idea about the Constitution.

It’s simple, the Constitution was created to keep the Federal government in check. In keeping with the context of the Constitution, it’s a limiting document therefore any statement made in the Constitution is limiting also. Americans have done great damage to our Republic over the years because they have ignored the limiting principals of our Constitution!!!
