Episode 851: AJ Jeff Sessions has been in the new lately talking about asset forfeitures being used in the DOJ. The federal government has been taking American’s property since 1827, when the SCOTUS said that property could be sued. I guess greed is nothing new in the federal government!
In America we have liberty by law and are suppose to be secure in our possessions. But when the governmnet can sue our possessions, can we really say they belong to us? How does a piece of property have due process under the law?
Folks we need to wake up to the fact that our federal government is not acting in our best interest! We need to start to hold our steward accountable and change things like civil asset forfeiture laws, to bring us back in line with some semblance of the rule of law!!!
