Is Russia our enemy?
I remember the Russia of old where we had good cause to be afraid. I served in the US Navy during the cold war and we knew that threat was real! But is it the same Russia today as it was back then?
The Iron Curtain came down during the Reagan administration and a lot of things changed in Russia. People no longer lived under a central government and a freer economy was trying to establish itself. Former Soviet satellite countries broke off and set up their own form of government. Was it easy? NO!!! But freedom in any form is worth pursuing no matter what!!!
Fast forward to today, Russia with Vladimir Putin in charge is a vastly different country than to one I stood against so many years ago. The economy is a lot freer, people are a lot freer, and Russia is taking an active roll in Geo politics and for some reason is standing against the US Government and our interventionist foreign policies.
Does this make someone our enemy because they don’t agree with us on foreign policy? It depends on the foreign policy. Just because you don’t like a leader of a country doesn’t mean you as a country have a right to changes that countries leadership!!!

The unconstitutional EPA takes a hit!!!
Donald Trump has nominated Scott Pruitt to head the EPA. Oklahoma AG, Scott Pruitt has been involved in lawsuits against the EPA along with 26 other states to roll back economy wrecking regulations.
Richard Nixon set up the EPA through an executive order and the EPA opened it’s doors on December 2 1970. The EPA in part has contributed to our weak economy by applying regulations that are mostly based on junk science and that price industries out of existence because they can’t afford to comply with the cost of the regulations!!!
No where in the US Constitution will you find an enumerated power to allow the Federal government to regulate the environment!!! As much as the left is freaking out over this appointment, I think Scott Pruitt can do some good, if not totally dismantling the EPA, at the very least roll back ill and uninformed regulations that are crippling our economy, and doing nothing for the environment!!!

Why morality matters in a republic
Being moral isn’t always easy and is not always popular. 2 Chronicles 28:19 speaks of king Ahaz and how he encouraged moral decline in Judah. I don’t care what your politics are, if you support someone for political office who’s morals will encourage a lack of morals in others you are sowing seeds for yours and the countries destruction!!!
In a pure democracy, morals matter very little. The ends always justify the means, and morality plays a minor role if at all in the body politic. In a pure democracy the law means nothing in the face of public opinion and the goals of those who are manipulating that public opinion.
In a republic, morality and the law are what is most important. With out morals, folks will not obey the law, and the rule of law will die a slow agonizing death. With morals there is a respect for the law that the body politic created. With morals there is protection for the minority in number, from the whims of the mob! With morality there is grace, mercy and patience. A republic can not stand long once morals are abandoned and we don’t hold other accountable for their actions. A republic will not stand long once we start elevating those of low morals to public office, because like king Ahaz they will encourage the decline of morals in the nation!!!

It’s all the rage right now how every story right now is being called “fake News”. AS far as I’m concerned the lamestream media only puts out fake news to support their favorite candidates and political parties!!!
#pizzagate is a growing story on social media sites and has caught the attention of the lamestream media. Now the lamestream media has yet to win back the trust they lost with the American people, but still somehow sees itself as relevant when reporting what is true or not.
I have done limited research into #pizzagate, and so far all I see is stories long on circumstantial evidence, and theory and short on facts and evidence. You cannot cite a blog as a credible source without first getting their bona fides, and second references that lead to actual facts not another blog site or post.

The holidays are here and this is the first holiday song I’m playing this year. Its a parody of “It’s the most wonderful time of the year” The parody is “it’s the most wonderful time in 8 years” super funny folks.
We are looking at the Cuban revolution that installed Fidel Castro as the new dictator of Cuba and how the Cuban people where duped and oppressed for the next 60 years!!!
Then Kieth Olbermann is back showing how ill educated he is when it comes to the US Constitution and the 25th Amendment, and how he wants Donald Trump out of office!!! You just can’t make this stuff up!!!
