Hate is hate no matter your skin color!!!
Back when hate was made a crime, a lot of folks including myself didn’t think this was a good idea. Hate is an emotion and can go a long way in explaining why someone committed a crime, but to make an emotion a crime was going down a slippery slope.
Initially the hate crime legislation was targeting groups of folks who some thought were advantaged because of the color of their skin. They never thought that an oppressed group in American were capable of a hate crime because of their victimhood status.
Fast forward to today and a group of black teens, kidnapping and torturing a mentally disabled white man and live streaming it to face book, and some on the left think that hate was not involved because it may be politically motivated.
Folks hate is hate no matter the supposed cause of it. We as free moral agents who choose to hate or not!!! The fact that these teens chose to kidnap a white disabled man and torture him, speaks volumes of the amount of hatred they have towards their fellow man, no mater that mans skin color. If these teens did this for their 15 seconds of fame, I hope they enjoy it for the next 20 to 30 years in the hoosegow!!!

Politico misses the mark on the 2nd Amendment!!!
Michael Waldman of Politico.com is trying to tell his readers that the NRA rewrote the 2nd amendment, He failed miserably. Facts are a stubborn thing, and arguing from silence is a logical fallacy! Michael tells us that because the US government was silent on the 2nd amendment, that silence tells us it wasn’t important, and we misunderstand it today! Was it actually ignoring the 2nd amendment, or acceptance that people understood their 2nd amendment right and went about their lives well armed and secure in their property?
The NY Times wants secret courts to decide if you should own a firearm or not. Hello, 1st amendment, right to redress grievances with or government! That darn constitution keeps getting in their way doesn’t it!!!
Also in light of how America is set up with the people being sovereign, how does Romans chapter 13 apply to us today?

Why are rules and laws important?
We live today in a society where almost half of the population lives by the moral code of situational ethics, the ends justifies the mean, and there are no moral absolutes. Are they right, do people lives their lives without a moral compass?
We are raising up a generation of kids who for the most part are not told what ethics, morals, rules, and law are and how they effect their lives. We have been lying to our children by not telling them how life really is and that other people may not live their lives with the same moral or lack of moral values they where taught. A lot of kids are raised up with out knowing good and evil, right and wrong. This is very scary to me and my family, because my wife and I raised our children to know right from wrong and what is evil in the world!!!
If you don’t live by a good moral code and have a set of rules to guide your life, you are a danger to the society we live in!!! You need to ask yourself what are my morals based on? Do I believe in freedom and liberty for all and what that means? Is there absolute truth, and can it be found? And what I think is most important, can I force my values and will on someone else?

Obama’s legacy
16 more days to suffer with what president Obama has done and is still doing. I’m not holding my breath that president elect Donald Trump will do things according to the Constitution, but one can hope.
We know for a fact, because the Obama legacy is cemented into history now, that Obama was not a friend of the constitution during his 8 years in office. To many times he either misinterpreted the constitution or just out right ignored it and did what he and his followers wanted.
In my humble opinion, president Obama failed badly as POTUS, and failed the American people. There are #snowflakes and #buttercups out there that disagree with me about his legacy, but the facts and history are on my side!!!

Every time there is a group of scientist that come out and question evolution, the lamestream media is silent!!! CNSnews.com has an article reporting that there was a three day conference at the Royal Society, London England.
Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed is a movie by Ben Stein that looks into intelligent design and spoke to scientist about their views on ID, and what happens when they speak up about ID!!!
There are people out there that don’t want you to look into ID, they have there reasons, but let me ask the question, some always say there is an alternate explanation for everything, except when it comes to evolution, how is that good science not to explore all questions and theories put forth about the origins of mankind and this world?

Is our Constitution based on race or ideas?
Lately the Democrats have changed their tactics in trying to nullify the 2016 presidential election by saying that the electoral college is racist along with all of our founding documents.
Liberals of today make a fatal flaw in the way they look at history, mainly they look at history out of context and put a modern spin on it.
The 3/5 clause never said that a slave was valued at 3/5 of a person, the clause limited slave states representation in the federal government!!! No where in the US Constitution is race even mentioned!!! The framers of the Constitution wrote it as a freedom and liberty document, that would eventually deal with slavery once and for all!!!

Obama the anti-war president?
Remember way back when , Obama was running for the presidency in 2008, and it seemed a lot of his focus was on foreign policy and in particular the wars that president Bush had started. Obama promised to get us out of the wars and close down GITMO!!!
The anti-war protester of the Bush presidency were no where to be found in the Obama administration!!! Fast forward to toady we still have not pulled all of our troops out of the wars from the Bush era, and Obama is creating even more conflicts in the world because of his misguided foreign policy!!!
My hope is that POTUS-elect Trump will learn the mistakes of Obama and not doom America and repeat those mistakes!!!

Foreign policy and trade are key to America’s success!!!
On yesterday show episode 699, we started to talk about why Obama has failed as president. First, Obama’s foreign policy was either wrong or non existent!!!! And second, Obama’s administration had no clue when it came to the economy!!!
America’s foreign policy under Obama has been one of appeasement, and or regime change!!! Obama kept some of GW Bush’s foreign policies, and added a few twists of his own and we have the world today that is more confused about our role in the world!!!
America’s trade policies are just as bad!!! Obama want’s to give away the store to our foreign competitors, and have no protection for the American consumer!!! Our corporate tax of 35% is the highest in the world. POTUS-elect Trump has said he will lower that, but I fear Trump is to much of a protectionist and doesn’t have the whole picture when it comes to trade and understanding the American consumer!!!

Capitalism destroys jobs, and why Obama failed!!!
Capitalism in it’s purest form is a good thing for a freedom and liberty loving nation. The freer the country is the better the country is economically. Automobiles replaced the horse and buggy. The incandescent light bulb replaced the candle. Real economic progress is creatively destructive in a free economy!!! Just because something is replaced (ie destroyed) by progress, doesn’t mean nothing takes it’s place.
President Obama seemed to surround himself with people who did not understand the economy, and gave him bad advice when it came to economic issues. For the most part Obama’s advisers adhered to socialism as their driving force for the economy, even though history has proven time and again the socialism fails every time it’s tried!!!
Obama failed because he just doesn’t know basic economics, and did bother to find out the truth about economics!!!
