This is a subject I have been talking about for years. What would happen if we made the federal budget follow the constraints of the Constitution? How much of the budget is constitutional and how much of the federal government is constitutional?
Greg Penglis at the Intellectual Conservative estimates that somewhere in the neighborhood 75% of the federal budget is unconstitutional. That means a little over $3 trillion dollars will be spent in the 2018 federal budget that shouldn’t be spent!!!
That also means that roughly 75% of the federal government is unconstitutional!!! We the People and the states have neglected to keep the federal government in check!!! If we don’t start taking steps like the Convention of States to amend the constitution, and reign in government power, will not have a country left in which to live or defend!!!
