Acting out with violence is wrong!!!
Lately in the news we have been hearing about groups of people going to congressional town hall meeting and taking over the meetings by shouting down anyone asking questions or congressmen from answering them. These folks identify with a group called Indivisible. This is a group that is supported by former government staffers who don’t like president Trump’s agenda.
I’m all for the freedom of speech, the right to protest, and the right to redress grievances with our government. However, if while you are exercising your rights, you suppress another citizens rights, you are wrong. To simply commandeer a town hall and not let anyone speak who has a different view than yours is just thuggish behavior and should not be tolerated.
It is a dangerous situation to believe that your right’s somehow supersede someone else’s rights, and you will go to thuggish lengths to quash the rights of others!!!
