I may just be over thinking this, but isn’t wanting an accurate vote really a no brainer? Does race have anything to do with it? In this day and age with information overload, can anyone truly be ignorant of what is going on politically?
As I look at the arguments against voter ID laws, I can’t help but wonder what is the agenda behind this push back? An accurate vote doesn’t help you if you are seeking an unfair advantage over your competition. Fake voter registration drives, voting multiple times in the same or different voting precincts, or just not being eligible to vote at all, but doing so with the help of a political party is just some of the fraud that is going on in our elections.
Any voter fraud cancels the votes of law abiding citizens who are eligible to vote, regardless of race. We are talking about upholding and enforcing voting laws so all votes that are cast lawfully, are counted and those votes that are illegal are discarded and the folks who are breaking the voting laws are held accountable!!!
Making sure the voting process is true and accurate should be the goal of every American citizen!!! Sadly there are those who will flaunt the law and do whatever they want to gain a preferred outcome for their political views!!!
