Do the republicans know how to govern? Do republicans even know how to keep campaign promises? For all the republicans bluster about how they are going to change and drain the swamp that is Washington D.C. I don’t think they know how, or they will not drain the swamp.
The new fiscal bill that has been enacted does nothing to cut government spending. Republicans will tell you they needed to pass this spending bill so the government will not shut down, and they need more time. In the House of Representatives, republicans have had a majority since 2010. Don’t you think someone would have come up with a spending budget that would cut unconstitutional government spending on the off chance they would control both houses and the presidency at some point in the future? Didn’t take republicans long to come up with the patriot act after 9/11. Once Obama became president, the ACA was ready to go and the Democrats started pushing it through congress, which they controlled.
The anti-freedom groups in America push for this kind of fiscal tyranny all the time, and for the most part anti-freedom Americans let them get a way with it. Americans need to understand that any spending above and beyond what is constitutional is tyranny plain and simple!!! When our freedoms are being legislated away, that is tyranny. When politicians say one thing and do another that is tyranny!!! When Americans citizens vote for those who would take away your freedom and liberties, you guessed it, that is tyranny!!!
