Episode 745: Are you a fearmonger?

It’s seems like in today’s political arena, fearmongering has become the standard for making arguments for a particular political stance. Gone are the days were folks make logical fact filled arguments, instead folks want to scare people to their side of the issue.

Both the right and the left in America use this tactic, but the left has raised fearmongering to and art form!!! It seems all they want to do is scare folks into siding with them, no matter how destructive the issue may be to America!!! Obamacare, climate change, the environment, LGBT agenda, and the list goes on and on. The one issue the left leaves out of their fearmongering formula is Islam. The left goes out of it’s way to support Islam, even to the point of lying and covering up the truth!!!

Bottom line is, if you change your mind based only on fear, you may have made a real bad decision and won’t know it because you let fear blind you!!!

fearmongering– or scaremongering is the spreading of frightening and exaggerated rumors of an impending danger or the habit or tactic of purposely and needlessly arousing public fear about an issue.[1][2][3] This can take the form of psychological manipulation that uses fear-based tactics (scare tactics) including exaggeration and usually repetition to influence the public in order to achieve a desired outcome.[citation needed] It is a tactic used to scare or put fear into those viewing a campaign/advertisement and influence the outcome based on fear.
