Most conservatives look at the money people make and spend as their money and are free to spend it however they like. Freedom and liberty are at the heart of free market capitalism. When people fail, they fail and I hope they learn from their failures. When people succeed, then that should be celebrated!!!
Most liberals on the other hand look at your money as not your own but as the communities money, or the states money. Liberals believe they should have a say in how your money is spent. Most liberals believe that if you are rich, you didn’t get that way on your own, so you owe society a piece of your pie as it were.
Most liberals take a command and control approach to the US economy, because they truly believe they can spend your money better than you can, and will take steps to make that happen through taxes and redistribution of wealth!!!
Most conservatives believe in free markets and the liberty of the people to spend the money as they see fit, and recognize the reality that it is the consumer not the government that drives an economy!!! The more free an economy is the more prosperity there is and everyone who chooses to participates through hard work and determination are the ones who benefits!!!
