Who would have ever thought in their wildest dreams that the government taking over 1/7th of our nation economy, i.e healthcare, would fail? To be honest with you, a lot of folks did. There is a long history of failed government intervention into the economy. The problem with social democrats is that they think that the old programs didn’t go far enough, and that they are smarter than their predecessors, so it will work this time.
Their biggest problem is, they don’t know and can’t know the American peoples wants, needs and desires. They don’t take into account what the American people want, they think they have an idea of what Americans want, but in the end they can’t know, because they don’t have the incentive to get things right!!! If a government program goes wrong, the only folks who suffer the consequences are the people who the government wants to help!!!
