With freedom comes certain responsibilities, high among them is being responsible for your own actions!! 2nd one is allowing those who disagree with you room to speak also. The Olympics is not the place for political speech, but some people just don’t care. Those folks find any opportunity to speak out against the cause of the day without regard to where they are at and if the venue is appropriate for their political speech.
I don’t expect to hear sports figures talking politics while at an event to show off their athletic abilities. There is a time and place for everything. But to social justice tyrants everyplace is the right place and anytime is the right time!
I will defend your right of free speech, but I will not always defend the time and place you choose to deliver your speech.
