The PA supreme court upholds the stand your ground idea of self defense, called the “Castle Doctrine” That means if you can’t escape a situation, you can stand your ground and defend yourself.
YOU HAVE NO DUTY TO THE AGGRESSOR TO RETREAT!!!
As an individual you have a right to stand and fight someone who is aggressing against you.
Also Cory Booker spoke at the DNC convention yesterday and got it totally wrong about how rugged individualism made America great and how I believe we need to get back to that way of thinking to make America what God wants it to be!!!
