Constitutionally speaking- our rights!!!

On yesterday s program episode 567, I shared an audio clip of Trey Gowdy schooling a DHS official about our rights. Rep. Gowdy made a point I have been making for years, these are our God given rights and government cannot just take them away without due process!!! Time and again I hear folks on the right and the left say just pass a law to modify something they disagree with in the Bill of Rights, or the constitution for that matter. Is this how we are to change the US Constitution?

WE are not a democracy, no matter how many times people push the notion. WE are a constitutional representative republic, the mob does not rule, and just because you have a pen and a phone doesn’t mean you can change the law supreme law of the land, just because your voters say it’s ok!!!
